A two-hour drive from São Paulo finds you within the municipality of Guarujá, the gateway to Brazil’s huge Atlantic tropical rainforest, house to sloths, parrots and the Cover Home. A multi-generational household summer season house created by Studio MK27, it’s constructed on concrete columns. On the primary ground, 5 bedrooms and a TV room open out to a balcony with hammocks, and on the prime, the primary dwelling house is half open to the weather with an expansive terrace and pool. Gardens, an exterior round staircase and the minimal palette of pine timber, basalt and concrete join the home to its jungle environment.
