Opeth drummer Waltteri Väyrynen has shared the unique 2022 “The Satan’s Orchard” audition video which acquired him the gig with the Swedish progressive steel band. The 31-year-old Finnish percussionist, who had beforehand performed with Paradise Misplaced, Massacre and Bodom After Midnight, changed Opeth’s fill-in drummer Sami Karppinen, who had been the momentary alternative for Martin “Axe” Axenrot.
