MV6 VarioLase
Markator and Rocklin Manufacturing have launched the MV6 VarioLase, a transportable fiber laser marking system designed to carry everlasting laser marking on to bigger elements, assemblies, and tooling that may be troublesome to maneuver to a conventional enclosed laser workstation.
Accessible with a 20-W fiber laser or non-compulsory 30-W configuration, the system incorporates Class 1 laser safety by way of interchangeable contact noses and an built-in security seal system. The cell design permits the marking head to be positioned instantly on the workpiece whereas sustaining an enclosed marking space.
For smaller elements and repetitive purposes, the system may be configured as a stationary tabletop workstation.
