Steel fabrication and development firm Lexicon Inc. has accomplished the renovation of its Little Rock, Ark., headquarters. Enhancements embrace a redesigned entrance entrance, 5,000 sq. ft. of extra house, a brand new Proprietor’s Café devoted to the corporate’s employee-owners, and a historic reproduction of founder Tom Schueck’s workplace.
The renovation is one part of a broader $37.6 million modernization challenge. The overall scope of the renovation features a 46,000-sq.-ft. growth of Lexicon’s fabrication facility; transforming of the Sloane Drive constructing, which is able to home a few of the firm’s Lexicon College inside coaching operations; and development of a brand new manufacturing facility. In whole, the challenge is anticipated to create 60 jobs.
