A choice of latest work by artist Amy Dury. Dury studied BA Printmaking at Glasgow Faculty of Artwork and obtained her Grasp’s in Positive Artwork at College of Brighton in 2002. She works in oil and acrylic paint, alongside drawing and blended media. As a painter, her course of includes extracting figures from images from the “pre-digital age.” These are primarily discovered household pictures or residence films, stopped instinctively on frames that resonate.
