All entries can be reviewed by Jeff Hamada, Editor-in-Chief of Booooooom, to establish a shortlist. This listing can be reviewed by a jury of Seize Images Pageant and Boooooooom workers who will mutually agree upon a finalist. The chosen artist or artist group can be chosen in November. All candidates will obtain a notification after the ultimate choice in November.
