Megan Thee Stallion has joined the solid of Moulin Rouge! The Musical on Broadway. For eight weeks starting in March, she’ll tackle the mononymic position of Zidler—modified from Harold Zidler—the proprietor of the Moulin Rouge cabaret and the present’s de facto narrator.
A press release obtained by The New York Instances says that “a touch” of Megan Thee Stallion’s music can be added to Moulin Rouge!’s jukebox rating, which spans 70 songs by the likes of Rolling Stones, Outkast, and Britney Spears. Boy George and Bob the Drag Queen have each beforehand performed Howard Zidler on Broadway.
In 2024, Megan Thee Stallion put out her album Megan and its deluxe model, Megan: Act II. She dropped the one-off singles “Each time” and “Lover Woman” final 12 months.
