The story of Vimic is a fairly tragic one.
It began after Joey Jordison was fired from Slipknot in 2013. Jordison went on to launch a number of new initiatives, one in every of which was Vimic – a band that includes Jordison, Kalen Chase on vocals, Jed Simon and Kris Norris on guitar, Kyle Konkiel on bass, and Matthew Tarach on keyboards.
Vimic launched their first single “Easy Skeletons” on Might 6, 2016, adopted by a second single “She Sees The whole lot” on Might 16 and a 3rd known as “My Destiny” on June 3. Norris finally left the band, Steve Marshall joined, and Vimic was set to launch their debut album Open Your Omen in 2019.
