Members of Jane’s Habit have sued the alt-rock band’s lead singer, Perry Farrell.
The authorized motion comes after an on-stage altercation final autumn that they declare derailed their North American tour and forthcoming album.
Dave Navarro, Eric Avery and Stephen Perkins are in search of $10 million (£7.45 million) from the singer, the Guardian studies.
Guitarist Navarro can also be suing Farrell for assault and battery for the onstage altercation at a Boston live performance in September 2024.
Footage from the live performance confirmed Farrell punching and shoving Navarro earlier than he was restrained by crew members. He was then escorted off the stage.
