
In a transfer that has shocked the worldwide hardcore and steel group, Converge has formally launched their second full-length album of 2026, Hum of Harm. Following the success of Love Is Not Sufficient launched earlier this February, the band continues their relentless artistic streak through Epitaph Data and Deathwish Inc.
Hum of Harm is described as a darker, extra atmospheric counterpart to its predecessor, mixing the band’s signature chaotic vitality with haunting, melodic textures. Vocalist Jacob Bannon delivers a few of his most visceral performances up to now, significantly on the title monitor and the crushing nearer, “Nothing Is Over.”
By no means Relaxation: The Artistic Explosion of Converge
The shock drop confirms that Converge is within the midst of one of the prolific durations of their legendary profession. “We wished to seize the common human expertise of ache,” the band shared. “The ‘hum’ is at all times there, and this album is our manner of navigating via it.”
