Afterlife have kickstarted a brand new journey, revealing their signing to Mascot Data and celebrated with a tune that showcases every little thing that makes them so sensational.

Titled ‘Dangerous Habits’, it’s a tune that offers in as a lot hovering melody because it does technically compelling brutality. A slick and savage piece of contemporary metalcore that feels ready-made for arenas, it sways between weak admissions and pit-swelling bellows like it’s second nature. A beautiful sense of management over either side of their shape-shifting sound, demonstrating that they’re going into this subsequent chapter with delight, energy, and perseverance on the forefront.

Vocalist Tyler Leverson had this to say concerning the observe, stating, “‘Dangerous Habits’ is about realizing that your habits or vices are negatively impacting the individuals round you. It captures the battle between denial and self-awareness, in the end turning into a cry for assist. As individuals, all of us battle with life and the unlucky circumstances it brings. Generally the methods we cope, the methods we ‘get by’ can turn into dangerous, not solely to ourselves however to these round us.”

The observe is the primary piece of music from the band in two years, following on from their standalone unbiased single ‘Bleed You Dry’. That sounds quite a bit like this.
