Diversified manufacturing holding firm Ark MFG has acquired the chrome steel customized fabrication division of North American Kitchen Resolutions, a designer and producer of business kitchen air flow methods.
The transaction, which permits NAKS to focus on rising its core air flow platform, consists of the next chrome steel fabrication manufacturers:
- Stainless Specialties Inc. – Ohio
- Lane Manufacturing – Georgia
- Customized Kitchen Fabricators – Texas
These three companies will proceed working independently, retaining their current groups, management, and buyer relationships.
