
Stuart Dunkel is an American painter and classical musician born in 1952, recognized for his detailed oil work that usually function whimsical mice in playful and surreal scenes.
His background as a musician, having carried out with main orchestras just like the Boston Symphony Orchestra, influences the concord and steadiness in his artworks. After learning on the Boston Museum Faculty and The Academy of Realist Artwork, Dunkel developed a novel type that mixes classical approach with humor and appeal. His work has been exhibited extensively throughout the US and has earned awards from prestigious organizations together with The Guild of Boston Artists and The Copley Society. As director of the Nautilus Faculty of Realist Artwork, he continues to show and encourage, drawing parallels between music and visible artwork in each his follow and pedagogy.
